TENDER FOOT
(Introduction to Kathak) 1st level: In this level the
students will be introduced to the dance form with a brief background or
history. General training of the students where they will learn about the correct
hand and body alignment, the correct standing posture for dance,mind
and body concentration, and different exercises to train the muscles of the
